The reason I choose these words as my six word story is because I wanted it to be relatable. The way I thought of the topic was because one day I was thinking about what I wanted to wear to school the next day according to the weather. I walked out my house and of course it was cold and dark. That day impacted what my six word story was going to be about. My first shot is a medium of my brother waking up in bed. My 2nd shot was an extreme tight of him pressing his phone to stop the timer. The 3rd shot was a regular wide of him getting out of bed and walking out the room. My 4th shot was a bird's eye extreme wide of my brother happily running down the stairs. The 5th shot was a canted low tight of him stepping out of the house in blue crocs. My final shot was a tight pan of his face changing emotion and color as he realizes the weather isn't what he thought it would be. The reason I had my brother in shorts short sleeves and crocs was because I wanted the viewer to realize he thought it was going to feel like summer when it was the exact opposite. I choose each shot to tell the story of how he was waking up happily expecting to go outside with the weather being nice, when it wasn't, and how disappointment was literally a step away.

I like how it started of happy but when he went outside it was really sad. Also, I like the rain and how you turned the screen into black and white to match how he was feeling.

Such a great video. I especially loved the plot twist in the end! I wonder what your inspiration for this was and how you thought of this idea?

I thought this video was really intriguing. I wonder why you chose to do this specific story. I also wonder how you decided to include the rain. Was this a part of your original plan?
